Warm & Cool Colors

 

Color can relate to different feelings. For example blues are more cool like water and yellows are warmer like the sun.  

 

The three main warm colors are: red, orange, and yellow.  These colors are associated with daylight or sunset.

 

The three main cool colors are: blue, green, and violet.  These colors are associated with gray and overcast days.
